Turkish Supper Club

I'm so excited to host another Supper Club experience at a location that is full of memories for me. Chamomile on Englands lane has been there since I can remember. It has now become a cafe by day and wine bar in the evening, specialising in Natural & Biodynamic wines.

The menu is set for the day and can not be altered. I will be cooking for everyone alone but with the help of family and friends volunteering.

2 glasses of wine from Chamomile will be included in the ticket price ( we will be choosing a lovely complimentary wine to go with the wonderful southern Turkish flavours)

Non alcohol options available.

Further wine / drinks can be purchased on the day in Chamomile.

MENU -

Aubergine Yogurt Mezze (Garlicky)

Seasonal Green leaf salad

Beetroot walnut Mezze

MAIN -

Lamb Guvec (Organic Grass fed Lamb stew, tomato base with veggies)

Coban salad ( Red onion, feta, cucumber, tomato, parsley, lemon juice ,evoo)

Cacik ( cooling cucumber yogurt side with dill)

* veggie option

Potato and Aubergine stew ( Tomato base)

DESSERT -

Tahini Pumpkin treat

Important Info - As much as we would like to cater for all dietry requirements, it simply isn't possible from my own domestic kitchen, therefore i have not been able to cater for vegans and gluten free this time BUT something I am definitely working on .

There will also be nuts in some dishes.

REFUNDS-

I am unable to refund tickets after purchase but if for any reason you can't make it, please pass your ticket on to a friend to fill you seat.

Im very conscious of food waste. On the day every dish is made for the amount of booked guests .
