About this Event

Join us and fellow runners at Arc’teryx Southport for a group run guided by Lakeview Run Club. Muscle and Joint Physical Therapy Clinicians will lead stretches have injury screenings, recovery tools, and Norma Tec compression boots plus other recovery treatments, before each run.

Doors open at 5:30pm.

Heat 1- 5K starts at 6:00pm

Heat 2- 5K starts at 6:30pm

Doors close at 8:00pm
