Designed with families in mind, Tunes & Treats brings together student performances, local vendors, trunk-or-treat, creative activities, and plenty of Halloween fun in one welcoming community celebration.
Come dressed up, bring the family, support local businesses, and spend the afternoon making memories with us.
What to Expect
🎶 Live Student Music Performances
Enjoy two special Halloween music shows featuring Bytes & Notes students throughout the afternoon.
🍬 Trunk-or-Treat
Visit our decorated trunks throughout the event for treats, surprises, and simple family-friendly games and activities.
🛍️ Local Vendor + Maker Market
Shop and connect with local small businesses, makers, creatives, and community vendors.
🎃 Pumpkin Decorating
Get creative with a fun, low-mess pumpkin decorating experience for kids and families.
✨ Community Reset Space
Need a little break from the excitement? Step into our calm community space for coloring, affirmations, quiet activities, and a moment to reset.
📸 Halloween Photo Moments
Come in costume and capture some fun family memories throughout the day.
Event Schedule
12:00 PM — Tunes & Treats opens
Vendor market, trunk-or-treat, pumpkin decorating, and community activities begin
12:30–2:00 PM — Halloween Music Show #1
2:00–3:30 PM — Halloween Music Show #2
4:00 PM — Event concludes
Trunk-or-treat and community activities will be available throughout the event unless otherwise noted.
Who Is This For?
Tunes & Treats is designed for families, music lovers, Bytes & Notes students and families, local community members, and anyone looking for a fun and welcoming way to celebrate Halloween.
You do not need to have a student performing to attend. The greater community is welcome!
Costumes Encouraged 🎃
Kids and grown-ups are welcome to dress up!
Because this is a family-centered community event, we ask that costumes, props, displays, and behavior remain appropriate for children of all ages. Please avoid realistic weapons, excessively graphic or frightening imagery, or anything that may create an unsafe environment for guests.
Admission
Community admission is FREE.
Registration is encouraged so we can better prepare for attendance, activities, and event-day logistics.
Some vendors, food items, or optional activities may have an additional cost.
Family & Safety Guidelines
The safety and comfort of our families, students, vendors, volunteers, and community members are important to us.
Children should remain under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or responsible adult while attending the event. Please follow all posted signs, event staff instructions, designated walking areas, and activity guidelines throughout the day.
Trunk-or-treat vehicles will remain parked during event hours, and guests should only enter designated event and activity areas.
Participation in activities is voluntary, and parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether an activity, treat, or food item is appropriate for their child. Please review ingredient and allergen information directly with individual vendors or trunk hosts when needed.
Event organizers reserve the right to address or remove any activity, display, costume, item, or behavior that may be unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with the family-friendly nature of Tunes & Treats.

A Community Celebration
Tunes & Treats is more than a Halloween recital.
Our goal is to create an afternoon where families can stay awhile — listening to music, meeting other families, supporting local businesses, creating something together, and enjoying the season in a welcoming community environment.
