Join Annie Guevara, CLC of Doulacta for a relaxed morning at the park.

What to expect:

-Tummy time on the grass: please bring a blanket for baby and you

- Gentle tips for tummy time, postpartum and baby feeding

-Meet other local moms in the same stage of life

-Bring your coffee, snacks, baby

📍Marisol Park- 900 N Rancho Del Rey Pkwy, Chula Vista, CA 91910. Grassy area under the trees, at the opposite end from the playground

👶 Best for babies 0-6 months, but all ages welcome
