Join me, a pediatric OT, for a NEW 6-week Tummy Time Circle series designed to support your baby’s development through guided tummy time plus weekly education topics. Each class includes hands-on practice and simple, practical tools you can use at home right away
January Class Schedule:
First Tummy Moments (0-4 Months)
• Wednesdays starting 1/7 at 10:15 AM
• NEW Tuesdays starting 1/13 at 12:45 PM
Mini Movers (4 Months-Pre-Crawling)
• Wednesdays starting 1/7 at 2:00 PM
Crawlers & Climbers (Crawling-Pre-Walking)
• NEW Tuesdays starting 1/13 at 1:15 PM
This series is ideal for mamas and babies navigating:
• Tummy time struggles
• Body tension or asymmetry
• Feeding challenges
• Torticollis & TOTS
• Delayed crawling
• Or for families wanting to proactively support milestones from day one
