Tumbling, Cheeleading and Pom Dance is a super diverse class welcome for all. The Focus in this genre of dance is to learn to tumbling in a safe environment, learn to cheer in a fun and empowerig environment, and learn to use pom poms and stunting. The combination of dance, gymnastics, pom and stunting; creating strength, flexibility, lines and interesting formations while using expressive sharp movements with pompoms. Cheer and pom dance contains tumbling, jumps and lifts to elevate the WOW factor as well as containing dance movements influenced by hiphop and Jazz technique. Your dancer will experience a triple threat style of learning with dance, tumbling and stunts.
This class is perfect as stand alone or complements across jazz and tumbling classes.
