Zach Hollingsworth is a fast-moving investor who turned a strong start into serious momentum. He began investing in 2023 and purchased three houses in his first year. In 2024, while still working full-time, he acquired 10 more properties, then transitioned into real estate investing full time at the end of the year.

In 2025, Zach expanded his portfolio significantly, adding 50 doors. In 2026, he moved into new construction with 30 new builds in the pipeline. Today, he focuses on growing his real estate operation and building long-term wealth through real estate.

Zach invests alongside his wife and partner, Paige Hollingsworth. Together they document their purchases and renovations as they grow their portfolio, and they are expecting their first child soon. Outside of real estate, they also raise cattle, and their story is a practical reminder that consistent action and clear priorities can create real traction.
