Hailing from Co. Fermanagh, female folk harmony group Tully harness the four distinct voices of Maria, Sinead, Karen and Danielle, combining them to make for a perfect vocal sound. Their music has its roots in Irish traditional music, folk songs, country and bluegrass. The girls have been singing for 15 years together and have started to gain a lot more traction in recent years.
Maria, hailing from a musical family steeped in Irish traditional music is an All-Ireland
winning singer and fiddle player. Sinead and Karen, two sisters come from a folk
background. Sinead having lived in Galicia for many years brings many different influences to their music. Danielle is the wow factor with her stunning soprano vocals adding that extra layer that gives Tully their magic.
They recently released a single with Nathan Carter - an old Nancy Griffith number Listen to the Radio. Subsequent single releases - a cover of the great Brandi Carlile’s Dying Day and a hauntingly beautiful version of Auld Lang Syne were equally well received.
They are currently back in the studio recording their debut album, creating more exciting music on the folk roots scene.
Having supported the Whistlin’ Donkies’ and Nathan Carter on recent tours, Tully are stepping up their musical game, touring the country thrilling audiences with their renowned live performances.
