Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle yoga poses suitable for all ages and skill levels, fostering connection and harmony within your circle of friends/family.
As you flow through each posture, breathe in the fresh country air and soak in the natural landscape. The serene atmosphere of the farm provides the perfect backdrop for inner reflection and relaxation.
But that's not all – immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing, as the melodic tones of crystal singing bowls and other instruments wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief for both body and mind.
After the class, take a 'free' orchard walk amongst the blossoming fruit trees or purchase an additional ticket to explore the Tulip Festival, where you can wander through endless rows of vibrant tulips, snap beautiful photos, and enjoy the sights and scents of spring in full bloom. ** Family Yoga & Sound Healing (60-min): Start your day with a rejuvenating blend of yoga and sound healing, perfect for the whole family. Join us at 9:00 AM for a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
** Family Yoga (30-min): Short on time? No problem! Opt for our 30-minute family yoga session at 9:00 AM. Enjoy a condensed yet invigorating practice suitable for all ages.
** Family Sound Healing (30-min): Dive into the therapeutic sounds of our 30-minute sound healing session at 9:30 AM. Experience deep relaxation and inner harmony amidst the tranquil surroundings of the farm.
What Tickets Include:
Your ticket grants access to either a yoga and/or sound healing class, or both. Please bring your own yoga mat or towels for easy cleaning. If you prefer, yoga mats can be reserved for an additional fee, payable upon arrival.
In addition to the class, enjoy complimentary access to walk the grounds, visit the farm store, and savor the live music performances, open to the public.
For any additional festival experiences such as strawberry picking, refreshments, or entry to the tulip festival, these can be purchased directly from Cider Hill Farm.
