Do you want free trees? The Tukwila Tree Giveaway is back for the third year to help grow our tree canopy in the city! In partnership with King Conservation District, the City of Tukwila is offering 2 free trees to all Tukwila residents and businesses. We have 10 different tree species to choose from – there is something for everyone! Check out the 2023 Tree Selection Guide - https://www.tukwilawa.gov/wp-content/uploads/Tukwila-Tree-Giveaway-Selection-Guide-2024.pdf and submit an application before August 29th to secure your free trees - https://www.tukwilawa.gov/tree-giveaway/. The tree giveaway will be on October 5th at Hazelnut Park with limited tree delivery the week after October 5th.
