Tuition Assistance Application Support Clinic (Walk-In)

At St. Victor School in San Jose, we believe Catholic education is transformational — and everyone deserves access to it. As a diverse community that includes economic diversity, we are committed to supporting both current and prospective families through every step of the tuition assistance process.

This year, there is a new firm deadline of February 15 for all tuition assistance applications. In past years, many families have not met this deadline, which has impacted our community. The Diocese of San Jose allocates additional financial support to St. Victor School based on the financial need of families in “good” status by the February 15 deadline. Any applications submitted after this date cannot be included in that count. Last year, about half of the families who needed financial aid missed the deadline, resulting in lost funding that could have supported additional programs and staffing for our students. For the 2026–2027 school year, our goal is for 100% of re-enrolling families to be in “good” status by February 15.

That’s why we are offering walk-in Tuition Assistance Application Support Clinics — designed to guide all families, whether returning or newly exploring St. Victor, through their applications with care, compassion, and clarity.

During each clinic, families can:

• Receive in-person help submitting their tuition assistance application
• Get guidance on the required documentation
• Ask questions in a supportive, judgment-free space
• Access helpful tuition support resources
• Make sure nothing is missed before the February 15 tuition application deadline

These clinics are drop-in — arrive anytime between 3:30–6:30 PM.Current and prospective families are welcome.
