Similarly to acupuncture, tui na massage stimulates acupuncture points along the channels to balance the body’s qi and blood for better health. Tui na is a great adjunct to acupuncture treatment for stress and muscular pains. It helps relaxes the body to improve troubles of sleep, reduce stress, and relieve chronic pains. Like any other massages, Tui na specifically massages the muscle and tendons using acupressure points and techniques.
