The entrance is at the back of the church with free street parking available.
Yoga in Boroughbridge, brings various styles of functional movement together including Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Restorative, Stretch and Release, Body Conditioning, Meditation, Breath work and Relaxation to bring flexibility, mobility, strength, positive psychology and mindfulness to your life.
These classes are suitable for beginners and all levels who wish to find the following benefits from a mid-week session in a relaxed and welcoming community.

• Yoga mats are available to rent at £2, or bring your own
• Props (blocks and yoga belts) are provided, or bring your own
• In colder months you may wish to bring a blanket for your final relaxation and any cushions you may need for padding knees
You are able to make a booking up to 2 hour before class start time. Please choose the payment options provided, bank transfer is preferred. You are able to cancel a booking up to 6hrs before class start time. If you cancel within 12 hours notice then the full class fee is payable.
