About this Event
Come unwind and get your flow on every Tuesday night from 6:15 to 7:15PM with Kinetic Remedies Bodywork. BYO-Mat and water ! All levels are welcome and modifications are offered for all students. It is suggested to arrive 5 minutes before start time to set up your mat and prepare for class.
Each class has a fresh theme including:
- Yoga Dance
- Balance and Binds
- Deep Flexibility
- Body Isolations
- Peak Poses
- and Much more!
These are small classes with no more than 8 people attending.
Kinetic Remedies studio is located in the same building as Ardent Coffee. There is free parking in lot behind coffee shop. Follow Ardents outdoor patio to white door- you will see Kinetic Remedies business sign next to. Enter white door and make right down hallway to find studio.
