OTTAWA – CHAPEL HILL – PT #152
Distance: 6 km Summer Route #2, Difficulty Rating: 1B Start Point: Heritage Park, 6160 Orléans Blvd., Orléans, ON
1. From the parking lot in Heritage Park, head toward the street - Orléans Blvd. Right on Orléans Blvd to a dirt path on the right.
2. Right on the path, then right at the “Y” intersection to exit on Forest Valley Dr (house #1575 on right) (1 km)
3. Right on Forest Valley Dr to Meadowglen Dr.
4. Left on Meadowglen Dr to Broussailles Terrace.
5. Right on Broussailles Terrace to the paved path on the right (#1706 on right) passing between the hedges and the mail boxes.
6. Right on the path until you reach an opening in the fence. Pass through the fence to the intersection of the trails. Left and follow the dirt path to the end (Innes Rd).
7. Left along Innes Rd. Continue until just past the bus stop. Left on the paved path.
8. Exit the path at Du Clairvaux Rd and turn right (#1920 on right). Continue to the path on the right at the curve (#1950 on right). (3 km)
9. Right on the path. Exit the path on La Chapelle St (#1872 on right). Continue straight on La Chapelle St to the curve and path on the right (#1910 on right).
10. Right on the path and exit the path at the corner of Orléans Blvd and Innes Rd.
11. Cross and turn left on Orléans Blvd to a path a few metres on the right.
12. Right on the path and exit the path at Arbourwood Dr.
13. Left on Arbourwood (#6170 on left) around the curve to Windwood Pl.
14. Left on Windwood Pl to Meadowglen Dr.
15. Right on Meadowglen Dr, passing Roy Park (4 km) and continue to the end at Boyer Rd.
16. Left on Boyer Rd to Orléans Blvd. (5 km)
17. Left on Orléans Blvd to the traffic lights at Beauséjour Dr / Maple Run Ave.
18. Double Cross and turn left on Orléans Blvd.
19. Continue on Orléans Blvd to the 2nd entrance into Heritage Park and turn right to return to the start point. (5.9 km)
