Tuesday Night Studio Sound Bath

This event is for sound healing, a deeply restorative class, where I will be utilizing 7 crystal bowls from 192Hz-963Hz to help the body relax, restore, and decrease stress. Come and let the vibrations wash over you during the session. As the tones ripple through your body and space, they help calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and release emotional and energetic tension. No movement is required—just lie back, relax, and receive. I will play for 45min-50min and slowly bring everyone out of deep meditation, and have a small group discussion afterwards.
