Welcome to Tuesday Night Hop LIVE with Swing Doctors!This band is known to make you want to dance, but this is the first time they play in Tuesday Night Hop LIVE in On the Rocks. We are grateful to have them all the way from Tampere!
Featuring Piia Kristiina in lead vocals and led by guitarist Marko Aho, Swing Doctors celebrates the year 2025 with an expanded line-up! Dedicated to serve the Lindy hop -community as ever before, Swing Doctors have now included popular Finnish jazz tunes from the 1950's to their repertoire to complement the American songbook -tunes and bluesy Count Basie'esque instrumentals.
The music will be very suitable for both dancing and listening.

Tuesday Night Hop is a weekly event dedicated to swing music and dance, originally African-American art forms that became popular during the swing era in 1930-1940. Once in a month, Tuesday Night Hop and Suomen Perinnejazz ry arrange a LIVE night together.
