Welcome to the first weekly FREE Telford Meditation Group. Jonathan will be leading the group for all ages, backgrounds and abilities. It doesn't matter if you already meditate or are just interested. We just ask that you come with an open heart and mind. This is not a religious group and is not affiliated to any other groups. The purpose is for those who wish to join together with others in our community to learn the timeless practice of Meditation. Please bring a cushion for your own comfort, as chairs (and floor) are not padded! Looking forward to meeting you all.
