� Emma’s Healthy Living Program – Tuesdays in Pakenham! �
Join us every Tuesday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM at our Pakenham group facility for a fun and supportive day focused on building independence and healthy habits.
� Morning (9–12) – Learn practical independent living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and shopping.
�� Afternoon (12:30–2:30pm) – Get moving with Boxercise and Zumba, a great way to boost energy, fitness, and confidence.
You’re welcome to attend just the morning or afternoon session if you’d like to focus on either skill-building or fitness.
� Participants are also welcome to bring their own support person if needed.
