Group ride looping along cycle paths, the river trent and quiet roads to Clifton Nature Reserve.
Join us for a leisurely 7mile women's bike ride from Wilford along the river trent to Clifton Nature Reserve and back along Cycle Paths.
We welcome women of all ages, abilities and backgrounds, we ride at the pace of the slowest rider, stop for breaks whenever you want and promise you will never be alone at the back! One of us will lead, and another will stay at the back so we stick together as a group.
MEETING POINT: Wilford Footbridge - just opposite the Cafe on the green, North side in the Meadows by the tram stop. See photo below and click here for a google pin

You'll be in safe hands. We are qualified ride leaders and mechanics who love cycling. Before and during the ride we will be sharing all the tips and tricks to get the most out of cycling.
This ride is organised by Women in Tandem, a Community Interest Company based in Nottingham that aims to support and empower women to ride bikes. The session is funded by The National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund. We will be. sending round a feedback survey so if you do not want to recieve this, please let us know.
You won't need anything fancy; just a bike that rides, comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, water, snacks and some enthusiasm for cycling!
