Join us on Tuesday night for our bi-weekly wine specials night. Sommelier Devin Schell will be joining us & will be serving wine specials for you to taste. He will be happy to pour you a sip of these wines as you arrive for dinner. When you find a new wine that you love, enjoy a glass or bottle with dinner and feel free to buy a bottle at lower retail “to go” prices to take home as well. What a great way to shop for wine!Wine Pairing Appetizer Special – 3 small appetizers to pair with each of the 3 wines for only $5 per person:
1) Watermelon goat cheese
2) Au poivre chicken with blackberry apple sauce
3) Sausage skewer
Entrée Special – Lobster Stuffed Chicken - chicken breast stuffed with lobster mousse, served with prosciutto fried risotto, sauteed vegetables and beurre rouge sauce.

1) Bodegas Alto Moncayo Locos por el Vino Zismero – Campo de Borja, Spain – 2023. 100% Garnacha. "Locos por el Vino” translates to crazy for wine. A local term used in the village of Borja, "Zismero" is a local term used in the village of Borja, it refers to one who is provocative, jovial, and mirthful, with a complexity and uniqueness that makes their audience think deeply from the pointed jocularity. This wine exudes a pleasant bright freshness with a successful combination of red fruits such as cherries and currants. The short aging in wood rounds off the palate, providing notes of laurel and toast in perfect balance with its acidity. 15-20 year old vines. Aged 2 months in French oak.
2) Tarima Hill Monastrell – Alicante, Spain – 2020. 100% Monastrell. Ranked #8 in Wine Spectator’s prestigious Top 10 Wine Values of 2023. This recognition not only highlights exceptional quality, but also incredible value. Made with passion and dedication in the hills of Alicante, this is a perfect example of the freshness and character of the Monastrell grape. In the nose - mature fruit, raspberries, blueberries, spices, hints of balsamic and notes of flowers. Tasty in the mouth, balanced and full-bodied with a long finish. 50 year old vines. Aged 14 months in French barrels.
3) Bodegas Portia Roble – Ribera del Duero, Spain – 2023. 100% Tempranillo. The Portia winery is a display of modern design, winemaking function and artistic detail. The brand offers very small production wines that are intense, energetic & balanced. Dark fruit and spice aromas. Fresh blackberry and blueberry flavors with light toast and spice. A long fresh finish. 25 year old vines. Aged 4 months in French oak.
