Please join the Bastiat Society of Tucson for a luncheon with Devon Underwood, Principal and Founder of the Talent Store and Board President of Tucson Young Professionals.We will talk about TYP’s origin story, how they have evolved to become the largest membership organization representing 21-45 year old professionals in the state of Arizona, and the vision for the future. As they grow to over 800 members and counting, there are new opportunities and challenges, but most importantly, many more ways for TYP and its members to partner and raise all boats in Tucson.

Devon Underwood is the Founder and Principal at the Talent Store, a Recruiting Services, and Talent Strategy firm, a 3rd generation Tucsonan, and is active in the community focused on talent retention, workforce and economic development, and supporting community growth through equity and inclusion. She has provided Executive Search and Talent Strategy Advising for clients in 40+ states for the last 15+ years; and has built, trained and developed recruitment teams nationally. Her appointment to Board President at Tucson Young Professionals aligns with her belief that Tucson cannot thrive without creating an environment that rewards and retains a talented, driven, and engaged mid-career workforce.
