Tucson's only hands on class for smoked BBQ. (Majority of the class is indoors, we will go outside as we need to put or pull our food from the smokers)
Join us for a day of fun and great BBQ! This is a hands on class where we will prep the majority of the Food in class and eat through out the day!
For this Class we will Enjoy
- Smoked baby back ribs
- Pulled pork
- Beer can chicken
- Reverse seared Tri-tip
- Pork Tenderloin
- Smoked Lamb Chops
- Smoked Cheese & Smoked sweet peppers
In addition to the food, we will go over the basics, Topics Covered:
- Types of grills and smokers
- BBQ techniques
- Types of wood/pellets
- The dreaded "Stall"
- and much more.
Tickets:
$100 per adult
$50 youth under 17
Feel free to bring your own adult beverage of choice if you choose. (Water and Ice tea will be provided.)
