Join Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association (TAAA) for our annual Tucson Astronomy Festival at Brandi Fenton Memorial Park (Ramada #1), 3482 E River Rd . We will have Solar Observing in the afternoon and Telescope observing of planets, galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and lots more in the evening after dark. Lots of Telescopes!!
We will also have interactive astronomy activities for the entire family till 6 PM.
Door Prizes! Winners must be present to win. Door prizes will be given away starting at 6:30 PM.
Bring your own telescope if you want help setting up and operating it.
The event is free. No food will be available so consider bringing a picnic meal.
