MERRY TUBACHRISTMAS AUSTIN
To be celebrated on South Steps of the
Texas State Capitol at Noon, Monday, December 20

Assembly Point: This year we will be rehearsing on the south steps of the Capitol. Please plan to leave your cases, valuables, etc. in your vehicles. Registration will be on Colorado Street between 12th and 13th Streets.
Parking: Park on the street. Please DO NOT park in the church parking lot or the adjacent lot.
Registration: 9:30-10:15 am on Colorado Street between 12th and 13th Streets. There will be a registration fee of $10.00 to help cover expenses. All participants must register. Copies of Carols for a Merry TubaChristmas, Vol. 2, necessary for the performance, will be available in both bass and treble clef versions for $20.00.
Rehearsal: 10:30-11:45 am.
The concert will commence promptly at noon and will conclude by 1:00 pm.
Please bring a music lyre, or folding music stand if you have one, and a belt or strap, if necessary, to support your instrument as the concert will be performed standing. Small folding chairs or stools may be used. Instrument decorations are appropriate.
Please be courteous and considerate. We usually expect around 200 performers at TubaChristmas Austin and space is limited.
Facemasks are recommended.
