Slow Fan

We will focus on the technique and details of the most popular and iconic steps in the siren dialect: Balancing Step, Wrap Around, various versions of Sahra Turns, Barrel Turns, Figure 8. We can add anything you like from the slow movements - it is time for your questions and needs!

We will drill the steps in combos to practice transitions and try them out in formations.

Before we jump into learning the steps, we will also do a short warm-up, where you will learn a few of Kata’s favorite exercises for a strong flamenco posture.

Level: intermediate level of FCBD Style, open level in fan dialect

You need 30/32 cm long fan (wood or plastic) easy to open
