About this Event

A Hands-On Korean Dessert Experience

The Season 1 favorite is back at HAUS OF K, and it’s landing on the perfect date: Friday, October 30, right before Halloween weekend. 🎃

Skip the candy aisle and make something sweeter. You’ll work with freshly steamed rice dough, mix your own natural colors (think pumpkin orange, moody purple, matcha green), add your fillings, and stamp your very own baram tteok. Make as many as you want and take them all home to share, gift, or show off at your Halloween plans. No skills needed, just good vibes and good dough.

What’s included with your ticket:
🎨 A full hands-on tteok-making experience led by Rice Blossoms founder Jennifer “Mama Ban”
🧂 All tools, materials, and ingredients provided; nothing to bring
🎁 A free HAUS OF K sample bag
🧺 A Rice Blossoms kitchen towel to keep (retail $19)

Everything you need is included. Just show up and make some tteok!

🎟️ $55 per person
📅 Friday, October 30 (one day only)
🕒 Choose your session: 1:00 - 2:30 PM or 4:00 - 5:30 PM

About Rice Blossoms

Rice Blossoms brings a modern, elevated take on traditional Korean rice cakes, pairing careful steaming with intricate floral designs and a balance of sweet and savory flavors. Most of their desserts are vegan and gluten-free, made with simple ingredients like rice flour, water, and sugar.

Jennifer Lee Ban, aka Mama Ban, founded the brand after leaving a career in interior design and discovering the art of Korean dessert making while searching for healthy, creative snacks for her daughter. What started as a personal search turned into a mission: to modernize Korean desserts and share them, steamed with love, one rice cake at a time.

Now it's your turn to get hands-on and bring a piece of that tradition home with you! 🌸
