It’s your turn to play winemaker for the day! Learn the art of blending with our winemaker Jeremy Nascimben as he takes you through
the components of our multi award winning TSG (Tempranillo, Shiraz, Graciano).
The event will begin with a tasting of the current vintage TSG followed by each component from barrel of the as yet unblended 2025 TSG. Then it’s over to you to make your own TSG blend. Each blend will then be judged by our panel with a prize on offer for the best wine. While the judging takes place enjoy our regional tasting platters.
