Ladies will need to arrange their own train tickets separately via Trainline:www.trainline.com
Train prices can increase quickly during summer, so we highly recommend booking in advance where possible.
To help attendees travel together smoothly, ladies are encouraged to book the recommended outbound train below.

This gives everyone flexibility when returning back to London, as departure times from Chichester may vary depending on beach traffic, taxi timing and how the day flows overall.

Once we arrive in Chichester, attendees will travel to West Wittering Beach via shared private taxi transport.
📍 MEETING POINT & EVENT DETAILS
The designated Victoria Station meeting point, full itinerary and important event information will be emailed to attendees after booking.

📱 COMMUNICATION ON THE DAY
All attendees will receive access to a dedicated TSC beach day group chat after booking for travel communication, updates and assistance throughout the day.
⏰ ARRIVAL GUIDELINES
Please arrive on time so the group can travel together smoothly. A 10-minute grace period will be given before departure.

• We are unable to accept late bookings once the booking deadline has passed
• This helps us keep the experience organised and enjoyable for all attendees

📝 PLEASE NOTE
• Train tickets, taxi transport, food and personal expenses are not included in the TSC meet-up fee
• The TSC meet-up fee remains non-refundable
