Join Tony Gomez, Abel Rocha and Gus Denhard for the Bay Area debut of Trío Guadalevín! With an incredible array of instruments from Latin America, Southern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, "Ecos of Diaspora" offers songs and stories that illustrate the encounters between Indigenous, European, African and Middle Eastern musical traditions. From Mexican son jarocho and son huasteco to Arab-Andalusi melodies and Sephardic Jewish lullabies.
