Hey all!
We would love to see your faces and hang out while eating some food and playing some games!
This one is a bit different, though, as we have a theme which is Sarah Kramer. Many of us long time vegans had at least one cookbook of hers, and it was a lifesaver 20 years ago. Unfortunately she died last year, on May 3rd 2025, from glioblastoma (an aggressive form of cancer that originates in the brain). So, in honor of her we would love for folks to bring a dish from one of her cookbooks, and we will also have a playlist she put together for her supporters and fans, playing in the background.
Also, bring a blanket or chairs, and water. We will provide some non-alcoholic beverages, and some lawn games we can play. We have paid for Picnic site B for this event, so that is where you will find us.
If you would like to make a donation to help us cover this cost, or to just help us continue offering the community events we do at little to no cost to attendees, we are on PayPal and Venmo.
