About this Event

Try this healing martial art to improve circulation, decrease stress, support self-healing, and calm the mind. Class includes exercises to circulate the body's energy, open up joints, simple tai chi/qigong movements, and finishes with seated meditation. No experience needed. In-person only. Space is limited. Reservations required.
