Welcome to the Try it Out Event Hatha Yoga being held at the Sault Ste. Marie YMCA!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, we invite you to join us! Gift yourself a moment just for YOU ; to unwind, feel good, and create a stronger body-mind connection.
Our event will take place on Thursday June 27 at 07:30 PM in the evening. Don't worry if you've never tried yoga before - that's what this event is all about! An instructor will guide you through the poses and help you feel comfortable and confident. All you need to bring is an open mind!
