Our Try Love Rugby is a fun, four-week programme designed to introduce girls 8-11 years old to rugby in a supportive, all-girl environment.

Why an all girl environment? Research shows girls are more confident and engaged playing along side other girls.

Casuals rugby community welcomes all girls who has neurodiversity, because guess what, neurodiverse people represent all walks of live and play sport.

Women Rugby role models who are neurodiverse are Sarah Bern ( dyslexia & dyspraxia) Mackenzie Carson (ADHD).

For the girls: A safe, girls-only space to learn, play and make friends

All abilities welcome: From "Never tried it" to "Future pro"

Club connections: A direct pathway to join local clubs and keep playing.

Expert delivery: Fun sessions led by experienced, qualified coaches.
