The Melbourne Walking Club invites you to join them on a West Breen & Moonee Ponds Creeks Loop walk from Oak Park Station. This walk is part of the Try Bushwalking Month, celebrating the 90th Anniversary of Bushwalking Victoria, the peak body representing 60+ bushwalking clubs across Victoria. From Oak Park station, we shall do a circular walk using the West Breen and Moonee Ponds Creeks. It is a flat walk apart from the last kilometre, where we have a medium climb to the station. The climb can be avoided by using the local bus service.
DISTANCE: 10 km
WHO IS THIS WALK FOR? This walk is suited to those who would like an easy urban walk with one medium hill which can be avoided if needed. Ideal for a new, less fit, or more mature walker.
ABOUT OUR CLUB: Melbourne Walking Club has been established for over 100 years and caters for walkers of all abilities and ages.
