Join local first nations facilitator Ethan Chadd in this session to learn about how Wadjemup (Rottnest Island) is a significant site for Whadjuk Noongar people, and Aboriginal people Statewide. Prior to colonisation and continuing today, Wadjemup is distinguished as a spiritual place for Noongar people and is linked to our creation stories. After colonisation, the traumatic events that took place on the Island, are a part of the history and have gone untold for too long.
