Truth or Consequence is a concert film in which Amyl and The Sniffers perform country-influenced versions of their songs, two unreleased tracks, and a cover of the Slim Dusty classic 'Lights On The Hill'. It was recorded and filmed in front of an intimate and increasingly rowdy audience at El Coyote in Los Angeles, on 28 April 2025, by the band's long-time collaborator, John Angus Stewart.

Amyl and The Sniffers is Australia’s most explosive rock export — a band whose feral live energy and razor-sharp songwriting have propelled them from sharehouses in Melbourne to global stages. Their sophomore album Comfort To Me (2021) debuted at #2 on the Australian Record Industry Association’s (ARIA) Albums Chart and charted globally, earning praise from Rolling Stone, MOJO, The Guardian and FADER. In 2024, they released their third album Cartoon Darkness, produced by Nick Launay, debuting at #2 in Australia and marking their first appearance on the Billboard 200 and earning the band its first GRAMMY nomination.
Amyl and The Sniffers won four ARIA Awards in 2025 including Best Group and Best Album, Best Live Act at the 2025 Rolling Stone Australia Awards and Song of the Year at the 2025 APRA Awards, cementing their status as one of Australia’s most successful global rock exports.
Over nearly a decade of relentless touring, they have supported Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins and Green Day, and played countless sold out headline shows in Europe, the UK, USA, Australia, Japan, India and beyond.
