Join Us for Truth and Reconciliation Day on September 30th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Renton Park (280 Noel St, Moncton)!We will come together to honor Truth and Reconciliation Day. This important day is dedicated to remembering and learning about the history, legacy, and ongoing impacts of the residential school system on Indigenous communities. It’s a time to reflect, educate ourselves, and commit to building a more inclusive future for all.
There will be opportunities to learn more about Indigenous culture and history, hear from inspiring speakers, and engage in activities that promote healing and understanding.
As a sign of respect and solidarity, we encourage you to wear orange to honor survivors of residential schools and to remember those who didn’t make it home.
Let’s come together to listen, learn, and work toward reconciliation.
