Join us for a theatrical production highlighting the life and times of African American historical figures who were Newport News residents and dedicated their lives to impacting the city and beyond. This energetic 75-minute production will be preceded by a live exhibition featuring enactments of Newport News greats, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Joseph Thomas Newsom, James A. Fields, Doris Miller, and Jessie Rattley.
