This is a workshop for those looking to make deeper contact with their spirit guide(s).
Through open-hearted circle discussion, as well as practical instruction in the “listening bowl” method, Anya Light will initiate participants on the ancient path of bhakti yoga, which means surrender of one’s ego to their spirit guide. (Note: this class does NOT include physical exercise.) This surrendering process is achieved through a deepening perception of Love as the cosmic essence that underlies all Creation. As Love is accepted at deeper levels and faith in one's guides are gained, stressful manifestation methods are no longer needed and can be gently released from one’s consciousness.
