Trust Kids and Trust Teens kicks off June 14 for 6 weeks of fun, sports specific and age appropriate work outs.Trust Kids Mon/Thurs 2:30pm
Trust Teens Mon/Wed/Thurs 3pm
To conclude the 6 week course we will host a fun Family Day Event at the gym to give the kids/teens a chance to show you what they have been working on over the last six week!
Food Truck, Blow Up, mini competition event, and a fun day for the family.
