* Family Friendly Decorations
Keep themes fun, creative, and appropriate for all ages. Please no gore, excessive scariness, or inappropriate imagery.
* Candy & Treats
Only hand out pre-packaged, store-bought candy or small prizes. No homemade items, baked foods, or anything unsealed. Please have enough candy to share with approximately 150 children.
* Trunk Set Up
Entries will be accepted between 4:00-4:15pm. Setup must be complete by 4:45pm. Trunk-or-treat will begin at 5:00pm. Vehicle must remain parked until the event is over for safety and must be supervised at all times. We will have parking spots reserved for you and marked by cones.
* Costumes
Volunteers and hosts may dress up in costume, but please make sure they are family friendly. No demons, ghosts, etc., and please no masks.
