Once again I am delighted to be able to offer this Day Retreat delivering a nature inspired experience, exploring the natural elements of Tai chi & Qigong in the truly enchanting https://www.facebook.com/ParcevallHallGardens
Inspire personal wellness and nature engagement through gentle Tai chi exercise perfect for all abilities, sensory woodland and wildlife nature connection walk, also a aromatherapy session and woodland craft.
All crafting equipment will be provided.
The day also includes:

All food is home cooked and freshly prepared on the day, you will have use of the house and gardens (the house is usually closed to the public) with time to explore, relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens views and surroundings.

Experienced in Tai chi develop and deepen practice or an introduction to Tai chi beginners welcome. All you need is flat comfortable indoor shoes and walking boots/shoes suitable for outdoor walking, comfortable loose clothing suitable for the weather conditions on the day.
Spacious indoor and outside areas available, most of the practice will be held outside within the established Chinese inspired gardens.
