Join us for an unforgettable Truffle Degustation Evening in the Hills.Experience a culinary journey like no other at Darlington Estate on Saturday, 13th July 2024, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm.
Indulge in the luxurious flavors of truffles all set in the enchanting ambiance of our estate in the hills.
Our indulgent 5-course menu includes:
Seared Scallops with Truffle Hollandaise and Miso, paired with our Darlington Estate Choice Sauvignon Blanc, 150ml.
Truffle and Tomato Consommé, a refreshing palate cleanser served with rosemary and sea salt focaccia.
Grass-Fed Beef Tenderloin rubbed with truffle, served with royal blue potato purée and sautéed green beans, accompanied by our Tallon (Owner’s Label) Shiraz from Margaret River, 150ml.
Dark Chocolate and Orange Sorbet served with truffle and cardamom brandy.
Artisan Trio Cheese Platter featuring locally and internationally sourced cheeses, truffle lavosh, honeycomb, and saffron-infused pear, paired with Darlington Estate Choice Merlot, 150ml.
