True Voices Community Song Circle is excited to share the joy and inspiration experienced when we tap into our true, authenic voices amongst a supportive and inclusive community.

Join us for our inaugural True Voices gathering - the beginning of a regular community song circle in Atlanta. Mark your calendars for future circles, happening bi-monthly.

Why Join True Voices?

• Develop self-awareness: Learn how it feels to sing (and speak) from your true self and boost your confidence!
• Meaningful Connections: Build relationships and develop a sense of shared unity and experience diverse musical traditions.
• No Experience Needed: All voices are welcome, regardless of skill level. This is not about learning to sing "pretty". We are here to tap into the "true voice" that allows our power, vulnerability and strength to shine.
• Emotional Wellbeing: Singing especially in song circles can release endorphins, reduce stress, and boost mood - contributing to overall mental health.

What You Can Expect:

• Meet and Greet: Welcome to the space. Grab some tea and connect with the community.
• Safe and Sacred Space: We honor each participant's journey by maintaining confidentiality - what's shared in the circle stays in the circle. This is a supportive, compassionate environment where all expressions are welcomed and respected.
• Guided Song Meditation: Experience a guided song meditation to nurture your spirit and help you connect to your inner and outer voice.
• Collective Learning: Enjoy learning new songs together and share your favorites with the group.
• Feel the Joy: Experience the uplifting power of music and community as we unite our voices together.

What To Bring:

• Your enthusiasm and desire to allow your voice (and heart) to be heard !
• An instrument, if you'd like to play along.
• Reusable drinking bottle - water and herbal tea are provided.
• Items that bring comfort : pillow, socks, yoga mat.

I am Jackie, a seasoned life coach and the founder of The Sum of All Parts (The Sum), a wellness practice dedicated to empowering our community members to thrive as their whole, authentic selves.

At The Sum, our philosophy is rooted in the belief that true wholeness comes from tapping into all aspects of who we are. Our name "The Sum of All Parts" reflects the idea that we are the totality of our experiences, strengths, and challenges—not just the parts we choose to show or find easy to accept. Hence, our mantra - “We are the SUM of all parts, not some of the parts." Many people strive for self-acceptance and growth but remain unaware of conditioned beliefs that hold them back. Our mission is to guide clients in integrating these hidden aspects, empowering them to live as their most authentic, confident, and whole selves. The Sum offers 1-to-1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, and community activations in both private and public settings.

True Voices Community Song Circle is a platform that we created to help restore our community through the power of collective singing. Song therapy has been instrumental in my personal development for more than 10 years now and I am excited to share it with you!
