Trout Fishing at Montauk State Park

Missouri Disabled Sportsem in partnership with the Missouri Department of Conservation is hosting a multi-day trout fising event for mobility impaired and youth individuals at Montauk State Park.
This is a relaxed family freindly event ment to get people outdoors and experience the beauty of Montauk State Park...and land some lunker trout.
There will be ten (10) track chairs available for participants to use and mentors on-site to assist individuals with their daily use wheelchairs and adaptive needs.
Mentors, track chairs, daily trout tag, fishing equipment, fly tying demos, lodging options, and meals will be provided.
Some lodging will be available at a near by campground Friday through Sunday. We have tent, RV, and primative cabins reserved. Participants are invited to stay at the campground or they can book their own lodging accomidations if they would prefer.
Participnats will receive detailed instructions approximately two weeks prior to the event.
