Trot + Recover: The sweat to your recovery season

Real talk time. When was the last you really took it easy? Like really want on a leisurely run or walk? Do you stretch after.... BUSTED! We are 💯 guilty of that too an that is why we are teaming up with our friends from Upswell Studio for the second annually Trot + Recover: A sweat kickoff to recovery season.

🙌 9:00 am - Doors open
Roll out in the recovery zone with foam rollers from Hyperice. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee!
👟 9:30 am - Zip up and head out for a 5K fun run or walk.
😓🧊 10:00 am - Sauna and cold plunge blocks open. More details on how to sign up once you are registered.
🎾 10:15 a.m. - Get ready to stretch and meet muscles you forgot about as Upswell leads you a Power + Release class.
🥂 11:00 a.m. - Brunch begins next door at The Goldfinch, mush overnight oats and Kodiak Cakes, morning libations and more. Mingle with vendors like Hydrate IV Bar to get ready for your recovery era.

Registration includes fun run, power + release class, bites + drinks, YETI wine tumbler, brunch entree and drink at The Goldfinch, gift bag and printed BINGO card for the Rest + Thrive Challenge. This is the only place where you get a printed card! And yes, this means you are automatically signed up for the challenge and are entered to when the prizes from the challenge.
