Join us for a Tropical Dance Workout, a fun and empowering class inspired by real Latin and Caribbean rhythms.

This is not your typical fitness class. We combine authentic styles like salsa, bachata, samba, soca, dancehall, and merengue, creating a full-body workout that feels exciting, expressive, and energising.

Expect a mix of dance, cardio, and light toning using elements like resistance bands (and occasionally light weights), all designed to help you build confidence, move your body, and feel amazing.

This class honours the richness and history behind Latin American and Caribbean dances while creating a welcoming, women-focused space where you can feel free, confident, and connected 💛
For me, dancing is therapy, and I’ve created this space so other women can feel the same 💛
