Meet at the Troostwood Pocket Park, at 49th Street and Troost, and help with weeding native gardens, installing mulch, or trimming back the bush honeysuckle. We'll have extra support and advice from Master Gardeners of Greater Kansas City.
Trash pickup on-site - and at the bus stop - is always an option. Also, opportunities for little ones: picking up sticks, collecting rocks in a bucket.
Free coffee station and treats!
Please bring a water bottle. We will provide gloves, tools, and trash bags for litter.
