We launch from Goody Boy diner at 9:30am then make our way to Goodale Park for a all levels yoga class. Doing some breathing exercises along the way. Once yoga is over we pedal to Bada Bean Bada Booze for some coffee before making our way back to Goody Boys to complete the ride!
